Technical Services Manager

Description:	The Technical Services Manager will manage the day to day operations of our downtown Tulsa retail sales location. Duties will include opening and closing the store for normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Receive technical support phone calls, and assist customers to resolve PC problems and/or dispatch on-site technicians for repair. Supervise daily operations of technicians. Ensure accurate reporting of work orders and invoicing. The TSM will manage retail inventory and maintain appropriate levels of stock. Place orders with vendors and receive shipments into inventory. You will also place special orders for customers. Create quotes for customers. You will operate a point of sale cash register, accept payment for goods and services, and authorize credit card and check payments. Provide customer service answering questions and recommending technology solutions. Additionally, this position will involve diagnosis and repair of in-shop PCs, laptops, printers, and other computer equipment.
Requirements:	Excellent communication skills; in person and on the telephone. Dependable and punctual. Excellent time management and prioritization skills required. Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining a calm attitude in times of pressure. Excellent organizational skills needed. Maintain professional appearance and conduct. You should enjoy working with computers and people. Positive attitude! 1-2 years experience preferred. Great way to break into the computer field if you are organized and wanting to gain real world experience with upward mobility.
