PC/Network Technician

Description:	We have a need for a PC and Network Technician capable of PC configuration and troubleshooting; including Operating Systems (OS) maintenance, Hardware repair and troubleshooting and Software installation/configuration. You will provide on-site and telephone support for our customers, perform LAN maintenance and networking, including wiring, new user setup, tape backups. Personnel training. Upgrade and update PC and Server software packages. Installation, configuration, troubleshooting of: - PC Computers - Laser, Dot-Matrix, Ink-Jet and Thermal Printers - Network wiring, hubs, switches and interface cards - A variety of Software packages - End user support
Requirements:	1-2 years experience in Information Technologies industry. Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) OR CompTia A+/N+ certification or equivalent required. Excellent communication skills required. You must be able to comfortably and effectively explain and collaborate with customers and co-workers. Professional appearance required. Dependable transportation is required. Mileage reimbursement. Multiple certifications a plus!

Salary / Wage:	$40K-$75K/yr DOE + Incentive Pay
